The small print, kept short.
How a print reaches you, what happens if it doesn't sit right, and where to find the studio if you'd rather see the work on paper first. If your question isn't here, the note at the bottom reaches a real pair of hands.
Flat, boarded, tracked.
Every print ships flat in a rigid, boarded envelope — never rolled in a tube. Framed orders travel double-boxed with corner protection. Timelines below are working days from dispatch; framed pieces add 5–7 days of studio time first.
| Where | Unframed | Framed | Shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bengaluru | 1–2 days | 3–5 days | Free |
| Mumbai & Delhi | 2–3 days | 4–6 days | Free over ₹2,500 |
| Metros & state capitals | 3–5 days | 5–8 days | ₹180 flat |
| Rest of India | 4–7 days | 6–10 days | ₹250 flat |
Everything else, in order.
Returns & damage
Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and a replacement goes out the same week at no cost — no need to return the damaged sheet. Transit damage is rare with flat, boarded shipping, but it is entirely on us when it happens.
Unframed prints can come back within 14 days, unmarked and in their original board, for a full refund minus return shipping. Framed pieces are cut and glazed to order, so those are final — which is exactly what the frame try-on on the Process page is for.
Closely, but not perfectly — every screen is lit differently. We proof each run by eye under a daylight lamp before printing. If a print reads noticeably off from the listing, treat it as a damage case above and we'll make it right.
Delivery
Never. Rolling a giclée sets a curl that fights the frame for weeks. Everything ships flat in a rigid envelope up to A2, and boxed above that. Lift the sheet by its 6 mm margin and it goes straight under glass.
Not yet in this concept. The plan is flat international shipping to a short list of countries, priced at checkout — but for now the floor stays domestic while the printing partner is close enough to check every sheet in person.
Yes — pick-up in Malleshwaram is free, Tuesday to Saturday. The map at the foot of this page has the door. Message ahead so the print is pulled and waiting rather than on the drying rack.
Framing
If you have a framer you trust, ship it flat and let them cut a mat to your wall. If you'd rather it arrive ready to hang, our three in-house frames — thin black, oak, white — are solid wood with anti-glare glazing. Try them on the Process page.
Three: A3, A2 and A1, each with a 6 mm white margin for handling. Every print detail lists the sizes and prices for that work; the aspect ratio is fixed per piece so nothing is cropped to fit.
Bulk & trade
For six prints or more we open a trade account with tiered pricing and net-30 terms, and we can hold an edition number for a project on request. Use the note below with a rough scope and we'll set it up.
Occasionally, for the right wall. Custom sizes depend on the file, and commissions are taken a couple of times a year. Tell us the space and the idea in the note and we'll say honestly whether it's a fit.
